About Me
Wendy's love for movement came at a young age, from gymnastics to snowboarding with many other sports in between. Injuries were always a part of her life, as was learning to heal them. Yoga was the great friend and tool to help with the healing process. After retiring from professional snowboarding, Wendy continued with her love for teaching by pursuing the path of a yoga teacher. Her trainings include the spectrum of Anusara inspired, hatha, Bikram hot yoga, Baptiste Vinyasa Power yoga, Kundalini, and Ana Forrest Yoga. Wendy is originally from Whistler, Canada but spent many years living and teaching in California, and has resided in Hong Kong since 2006. Her classes are influenced by all her yoga teachers but also inspired by her life. She teaches an uplifting class with emphasis on a healing and creative self-expression.
