About Me  
Theresa began practicing yoga in 2004, after retiring from competitive swimming. Once she discovered Baptiste Power Yoga she was hooked. Theresa wanted to be able to share the power of yoga with others through teaching and after moving from California to Virginia, she was able to make that dream a reality at Dancing Mind Yoga. Theresa enjoys helping her students reach new levels within their practice by challenging them to grow through connecting mind, body and breath. She is continually amazed at the power of yoga to change people both physically and mentally. Theresa is an Associate Baptiste Teacher and has completed Baron Baptiste Teacher Training levels one and two. Theresa plans to continue her teaching and training within the Baptiste community.
