About Me  
With yoga I have allowed my true self to shine. I have been able to stop thinking and start living! I am excited to tell people that I am a yoga teacher, because I am so thankful to do something every day that I am truly passionate about. I began my practicing and training in Texas at The Yoga Project with Stacy Dockins. It was here that I truly fell in love with yoga. I see each time on the mat as a new experience to be inspired. I have been a Texan my whole life, and just recently my husband Dan and I have moved from Texas to begin our life with the U.S Marine Corps. We see each place we go as another stop on our adventure. My intention for teaching yoga is to guide others to discover new things about themselves and their body. All I ask is for you to show up, and open your mind and heart to endless possibilities! When not doing yoga I love spending time with my wonderful husband, calling my family back in Texas, cooking, running, and enjoying the outdoors.
