Please support me in this wonderful Challenge. The Yoga Aid Challenge is to complete a 2 hour Yoga practice whilst also supporting great causes.
The charity I am supporting is Sunnyfield...an organisation supporting the enrichment of the lives of people people with intellectual disabilities by creating choice, opportunities and independence for them to lead the lives they want.
