About Me
Students appreciate Stephanie’s unique ability to infuse her rigorous and flowing Vinyasa classes with yoga philosophy, concise technical alignment, and heart-felt humor. Her commitment to breath, movement, happiness, and prayer make Stephanie one of San Francisco’s most sought after teachers. Stephanie teaches workshops and public classes at Yoga Tree in San Francisco where she has been a primary member of the Yoga Teacher Training faculty since 2004. She is also a guest teacher on her beloved teacher Sri Dharma Mittras teacher training faculty and has been deeply influenced by the teachings of Iyengar and Anusara Yoga. Stephanie is also thrilled to sit on the Board of Directors of Headstand, a non-profit organization dedicated to integrating Yoga into the curriculum at under served schools in the Bay Area and around the country.
