As many of you know, I've recently returned from a trip to Nairobi, Kenya where I volunteered with the Africa Yoga project, a non-profit that trains at-risk youth to be yoga teachers and provides over 200 free yoga classes a week to in-need Kenyan populations. They have also built two primary schools through funds raised. In less than two weeks I will be doing a Yoga "Marathon" with Yoga Aid to raise money for the Africa Yoga Project. It probably goes without saying that I believe strongly in the mission and demonstrated good work of this organization. Please support me in this wonderful Challenge. The Yoga Aid Challenge is to complete a 2 hour extreme Yoga practice while also supporting great causes. The charity I am supporting is one of these great causes. Please support me by making a donation to this great cause and help me to make a difference with this Challenge.
