About Me  
Denise Payne is an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, and currently lives in Ubud, Bali. She has studied with many great teachers including Yogi Bhajan, Sat Jiwan Singh Khalsa, Anodea Judith, and Dharma Mittra. Denise has been a teacher of many disciplines for over 25 years, and has been a practitioner of mudras for even longer. She is the author of a series of books titled Art of Mudra, due out in 2011. As a teacher, her intention is to guide others on the path to discovering their Divine Self. During her years of teaching, she has inspired thousands of students with her incredible gift for making consciousness and connection look easy.
