About Me
Patrick Creelman teaches in the tradition of Anusara Yoga. His classes are known to be playful, challenging and steeped in progress with a smile. A Pisces, a skier, and a music lover among other things, he has found yoga to be the most profound gift to nurture our hearts' deepest desires and is passionately committed to cultivating all aspects of yoga for a fruitful life. Blessed to have been introduced to the teachings of Ram Dass early in his life, he has been curiously exploring the spirit of yoga for over 10 years. Patrick met his teacher John Friend in a chance encounter in 2002 and has since studied with him throughout the world: Costa Rica, Canada, Taiwan, Japan, U.S.A. and Hong Kong. It is with 1,000 lotus petals of gratitude that Patrick bows to his teacher, and his teachers' teachers.
