As you read this one of Africa Yoga Project's core teachers, Margaret, is assisting Baptiste Yoga's Level Two Training in Austin, Texas. Through the work of Africa Yoga Project, Margaret has transformed from a youth filled with abuse and trauma to an adulthood brimming with leadership, empowerment and health. To know that she is now assisting advanced trainings and supporting the transformation of others fills our hearts with inspiration, possibility and joy.
