Please support me in this wonderful Challenge. The Yoga Aid Challenge is to complete 108 Sun Salutations (2 hour extreme Yoga practice) whilst also supporting great causes. About Me
I discovered yoga in 2001 and in particular Ashtanga Yoga whilst living in France. My love for this challenging practice enticed me to make a career change so I did my teacher training with fellow yogi friend, Kassie, at Centred Yoga in Thailand. I have since moved home to Port Macquarie and have been teaching at The Yoga Shala right up to 2 weeks before I had my baby girl, Lola. She is now 3 months old and my challenge is to get back into my practice and teaching. This is my first Yoga Aid Challenge.
