About Me
From a very young age, I needed to find out what life was about and who I was. The journey took me from acting to writing, then to backpacking all over the world. I went as far as I could, only to realize that what I was looking for could only be found within myself. So the first time I stepped onto a mat, I knew I'd found the greatest tool to connect to my body and soul. It wasn't the instructions that captivated me but the silence. Excited, I took my first teacher training in 2002. Now I teach Vinyasa, Pilates and Core, emphasizing on body alignment, breath work and cultivating a powerful, meditative practice. I have great teachers, including my students and my kids who always remind me of life's true purpose: serving others. I'm passionate and inspired by this path and challenge my students to discover who they really are.
