About Me
Natalie fell in love with yoga when she and her sister discovered a small studio after moving to the island of Kauai. Inspired by the focus, joyful expression, and sweet movement ~ the two girls began to practice every day. After many years of traveling and moving and flowing whenever and wherever she could Natalie pursued her dream of teaching. Her classes are a playful and challenging exploration of the body and spirit through movement and breath, cultivating the fearlessness of living with an open and courageous heart. She humbly gives thanks and gratitude to her many great teachers and inspirations. Natalie and her husband Lyf opened Lotus Leaf Yoga in September, 2008.
