1984年米国のダンスエクササイズを日本に導入・普及、多くのイベントやセミナー、舞台演出、ワークアウトビデオの監 修や女性誌上での指導経歴を持つ。沖ヨガの他、様々な流派での学びを経て、現在自らが主宰するBody & Mind Yogaスタジオにおいては、個々人の身体と心がその時に一番望んでいるヨガを随時提案している。また、精神的・肉体的な障害を負う人たちのための運動処方プログラム開発なども熱心に取り組んでいる。
