Please support me in this wonderful Challenge. The Yoga Aid Challenge is to complete 108 Sun Salutations whilst also supporting great causes. The charity I am supporting is the 305 SPIRITUAL GANGSTERS, a Miami nonprofit organization that brings yoga at at risk youth. I myself have had the honor to be a part of the program and teach yoga to some amazing kids in our inner city communities that otherwise may never have experienced the benefits of the practice.
