Namaste All, I teach Yoga in my Yoga studio, situated in the beautiful beach side suburb of Wamberal on the NSW the Central Coast. This is my 5th Yoga Aid challenge and along with other Teachers from the Central Coast Yoga community,our students, friends and family I am looking forward to making a differnece for my chosen charity Nelune.
