About Me  
Lyle came to yoga initially, like so many others, for the sake of a good workout. While he still relishes the often intense physicality of a vinyasa style practice, over the years yoga has taken on a much broader role in his life. It has become a source of deep community, and an outlet for exploration on an emotional and spiritual, as well as a physical level. Having had a long time interest in health and healing, he is currently studying to become a physical therapist and sees the practice of yoga as an invaluable tool for fostering the health of one’s whole being, inside and out.
