I'm part of the Fall 200 hour Teacher Training program at Dancing Mind Yoga. We are committed to serving our community and have chosen to exemplify this by supporting the Africa Yoga Project. The Africa Yoga Project transforms lives throughout areas in Africa by delivering programs to foster peace and improve physical, emotion and mental well-being.
