Hello all, quick note to ask that you consider supporting me this weekend when I participate in The Yoga Aid Challenge. My aim is to complete 108 Sun Salutations (that's a two hour hard-core Yoga practice) whilst raising much-needed funds for Barnados - the children's charity.
