About Me  
I work as an Engineer Consultant but I live and breathe yoga. I apply yoga principles to all areas of my life: business, family, friends and community. As a result, I am energetic, authentic, fun, committed, and open to adventures and lessons of life. I have been practicing yoga since 2004 but it was not until I found Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga that I felt a true connection with my mind, body and spirit. The more I practiced Baptiste Yoga, the more it became clear to me that I was ready to step into my personal power, challenge myself to the edge, and lighten up my community with an enthusiastic smiles and energy. This intention came to fruition when I trained with Paula Baake’s at Dancing Mind Yoga’s Teacher Mentoring Program and Baron Baptiste’s Level 1 Teacher Training Bootcamp. My intention for each student is to provide them a safe place to express their true selves, inspire them to claim their personal power, and serve them with love and compassion while having fun!
