About Me  
I have been practicing Yoga and Meditation for many years. I love what the art and science of these two practices has offered me in my journey of Life. Transformation and growth on all levels of my being; mentally, physically and spiritually. I try to be in the "flow" of the Universe in my own practice and when I teach so that I am offering what is "truth" in the moment. Yoga is a way of life for me not just some thing I do on a mat. I own a Yoga and Movement Art studio in Riverside CA where we offer classes to "Real People". I don't believe you have to be a certain age, size or level to practice, Yoga is a system that meets everyone where they are~ its magical!!! *
