Join the Challenge, by giving to others ...
On March 4, 2010 we hosted the third Yoga Aid Indian Challenge in Rishikesh, India.
On the banks of the river Ganga, in the presence of great saints over 300 people from 34 countries joined hands uniting through their love of Yoga.
Take a look at the video here.
The practise was not the Challenge.
We all love Asana, chanting and meditation - this is a gift to all of us.
True yoga is more than asanas, and being together as Yoga Friends shows us the capacity we have to take the next step and use our Yoga practise to change both ourselves and make a difference in the world.
Move yoga from an asana practise to a greater part of your life.
The Challenge for all of us is to make a difference in the world by giving to others in our daily lives following this wonderful event.
So be inspired by India, make a difference today....
Love to all,
The Yoga Aid team...
