On Sunday 13 November 2011 I will be participating in The Yoga Aid Challenge at Town Beach in Port Macquarie. This involves completing 108 sun salutes (roughly 2 hours of intense yoga practice) whilst raising money for a great Australian charity, Barnardos. Please support me by making a donation to this great cause.
