Please help me help Africa Yoga Project(AYP)! AYP is bringing so much love and peace to the people of Nairobi, Kenya and many others it touches. If you're unsure or want to learn more, call or write me and I will share why I feel this is so important. I will personally match all donations made to AYP! Come practice with me on July 18th 11:30am-1:30pm at Cherry Hill Park in Falls Church, VA. If you donate and show up I will also give you a double high-five and a huuuuge hug. Thank you!
