Marcus Wayan

Wayan Marcus Wistika is Balinese, born in Tabanan in 1972. His yogic journey started 12 years ago when he worked at a Yoga and Meditation retreat in Tabanan. Wayan was in charge of all guest activities at the retreat. He met several yoga teachers who inspired him to do more Yoga. In 2001, was given the chance to join a raw food yoga seminar for two weeks in the Northern part of Bali. From then on, he kept teaching at the retreat until The GHM Management hired him in 2003 to teach their guests daily until today. GHM operates contemporary luxury hotels in Kuta and Ubud. In 2006 Wayan attended the Vibrant Living Yoga Teacher Training in Ubud, where he was instructed by several International yoga teachers in different styles, and certified both from Vibrant Living Yoga and International Yoga Alliance.
