I am doing it again...The Yoga Aid Challenge! It is to complete a 2 hour Yoga practice whilst also supporting great causes. The charity I am supporting is 305 Spiritual Gangsters. The Gangsters are a Miami based non-profit organization that serves people at risk or in crisis through the practice of yoga.
