About Me
I have been practicing Yoga for about 20 years now. It is as much a part of my life as breathing is. I have Lupus and Bipolar and have been able to turn these around by increasing my yoga practice. I have 4 beautiful children and am also blessed with 2 grandbabies. I love a challenge so doing this yoga challenge is a wonderful way of sharing yoga and raising funds for some great causes.
