Welcome to the fund raiser terms and conditions for the Yoga Aid and Yoga Friends
group of Websites (“the Website”).
This privacy policy govern your access to and use of this website and various online
tools and services that Yoga Aid makes available to donors, fundraisers, charities
/ non-profits, registrants, users of an online social networking community called
Yoga Friends and all others users of the Yoga Aid service, collectively called Users
of the Yoga Aid Website (“You”).
The Website and fundraising services are privately funded by our “Giving4Living”
philosophy to life and are provided free of charge to you. We do not collect any
revenue or charge any service fees to you, to advertisers, to partners or any other
parties.
Please note that by visiting or registering with our Website, you are agreeing to
the practices detailed below so please read on to find out how information relating
to you will be treated as you use our site.
Information we collect
When you create a fundraising page, we collect information such as your name, email
and date of birth. When you make a donation on our Website, we collect your name,
email, address and credit card details. We only use your payment details for the
purpose of processing your donation. We do not store your credit card details. When
you join the Yoga Friends social networking site, we also collect information you
provide to us such as your name, email and date of birth. You may choose to provide
additional information beyond your basic profile. Providing additional information
beyond what is required at sign-up is entirely optional, but enables our users to
better identify each other and more effectively connect and interact with their
network.
Our Website also collects information from users that is unique, but cannot be linked
to a specific individual, such as IP address and browser type. A user's session
will be tracked, but each user will remain anonymous. We gather this information
on all visitors to the Website for systems administration purposes and to track
user trends, such as our most popular features. We do not link IP addresses to any
personally identifiable information.
Cookies
Like many other Web sites, the Website uses a standard technology called "cookies."
Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your hard drive - not on our site.
They can help make the Internet experience quicker and more convenient. Cookies

For fund-raisers and donors, we will pass your information (name, email, address,
donation amount) to the charity / non-profit organization when you either register
as a fund-raiser or make a donation. If a donor wishes to remain anonymous, we will
send that request to the charity organization. If you wish to stop receiving further
communication from the charity organization, please contact them directly.
In all other cases, we will not sell, lease or exchange your personal data to third
parties without first obtaining your express consent, unless required by law or
to protect your membership.
Inviting Friends
If you invite a friend to our service, we will ask you for your friend's email address.
We will automatically send the friend emails inviting them to join. The Website
does not sell these email addresses or use them to transmit any communication other
than the invitation to join. The Website stores this information for the sole purpose
of sending this invitation and for tracking the success of our Invite functionality.
The friend receiving the invitation may contact us at support@Yogaaid.com to request
the removal of this information from our database.
Links to other websites
The Website may contain links to other web sites. Please be aware that our Website
is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites our users choose to
visit. If our users provide any information directly to parties other than our Website,
different rules may apply to the use or disclosure of the personal information disclosed.
We encourage you to investigate and ask questions before disclosing your personal
information to third parties.
Privacy protection for Children
We will not knowingly provide access to the Website to persons under the age of
thirteen (13). If we later learns that any user is under the age of thirteen (13),
we will take appropriate steps to remove the user’s information from the database
and we will restrict this individual from future access to our service.
Opt-out of Email
Users of the Website may choose not to receive email notifications at their registered
email addresses.

ヨガ･エイド･チャレンジin東京ミッドタウンへのご参加に際し、ご提供いただきます個人情報は、当基金 Yoga Aid Pty Ltd が責任を持って厳正な管理をいたします。
1. 個人情報とは
個人情報とは、氏名、生年月日、電話番号、電子メールアドレス等によって個人を識別できる情報のことをいいます。
2. 個人情報の利用目的
参加登録の際にご入力いただいた個人情報は、ヨガ・エイド・チャレンジin 東京ミッドタウンに関わる事務管理、個人を特定できないデータに加工した当基金での調査・分析資料の範囲で利用させていただきます。
ご提供いただく個人情報は任意ですが、ご提供いただけなかった場合、参加登録に際して不具合が生じる場合があります。
3. 個人情報の第三者への提供及び外部への委託
ご提供いただいた個人情報は、上記の目的での利用または法律で定められている場合および当基金と業務委託契約を締結した委託先、公共機関を除いて、ご本人の同意を得ず第三者へ開示・提供または外部へ委託することはございません。
4. 個人情報の開示、訂正、削除
ご提供いただいた個人情報について、開示、内容の訂正、追加または削除を請求することができます。個人情報の開示・訂正・削除を請求される場合は、support@yogaaid.com
