Joseph Lee teaches a yoga system that combines the Yin and Yang elements to deliver multiple benefits to every level of yoga practitioner: * to stimulate and unblock the various meridiens (ie, nadis or channels in the subtle body) * to improve the flexibility (around the joints) * to tone the muscles * to strengthen the bones * to cultivate a quiet, peaceful, and meditative mind to simply ‘be’ in the present moment Everyone is different in body structure, fitness level, flexibility, concentration ability, and breathing capacity. The Yin and Yang system of yoga is designed around these primary principles to create an effective approach that can be adapted to suit everyone in conditioning the body, mind and breath. Joseph is a RYT 500 hours certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (USA).
