Karen Then

Karen Then has been an enthusiastic and passionate yogini and practitioner in all styles of yoga for 10 years since 2002. She is a Yoga Australia recognised and certified Bikram, Power Vinyasa and Kids Yoga Teacher. Karen continues to grow as a yoga student and teacher and has recently set up her very own bikram yoga studio in Perth - Bikram Yoga Victoria Park(since July 2012). She is also a Lululemon Perth City 2012 Ambassador and the Lead Ambassador for the Yoga Aid World Challenge Perth 2012 event. She was a yoga leader / teacher & committee member for the Yoga Aid Challenge Perth 2011. She is passionately involved in bringing together yogis and yoginis for yoga related community events to make a difference for charitable causes and also strengthen the bonds within the close-knit Perth yoga community. Her favourite lululemon manifesto line is “Creativity is maximised when you are living in the moment”. Her perspective on life is to live it simply, happily, passionately.
